In this unique offering, we will work together assessing your individual needs, potential, and vision for yourself. Defining what is your highest potential of whole wellness for you and what isn’t. This is a hands-on learning experience on areas of health and wellness, but also an exploration of the depths of yourself, and transforming yourself - sending out a positive ripple effect that will last for generations to come.
The approach
In this program, we will work together via a holistic approach with an emphasis on yoga and meditation, self care, nutrition, mindset shifts, boundaries, and small steps that build up.
This is not another thing to add on to your to-do list, but this is to consolidate and save you energy and time. Let me navigate the waters with you, and be a supportive guide by your side rooting for you.

Private Yoga Sessions
Personalized private sessions are my favorite way to teach yoga. We are all so unique, have specific individual needs, and learn in our own way. These needs can get lost in the sea of a group class where there isn’t as much room for personalized feedback and communication.
Whether you're:
Brand new to yoga and unsure where to start
Need assistance finding options for injuries or pregnancy
An advanced practitioner that wants to dive deeper and refine and explore
Very busy and need a session at the time of your convenience and/or from the comfort of your home
Not comfortable attending a group or studio class
If any of the above sounds familiar, then a private session is for you. We begin with an initial discussion on your goals, needs, vision - and how I can support you in this. We will then formulate a plan that is fluid and can transform as we work together.
I have a calm, thoughtful, and direct approach to meet you where you’re at and lovingly guide you along to find your path and pace. This is at your time convenience, and from the comfort of your home or at a studio space. Depending on location and comfort level, option to work virtually or in person.

Prenatal Offerings
I know this can be a confusing and overwhelming time filled with questions and unknowns. With so many unknowns it can be extremely helpful to have someone walk this path with you who is knowledgeable of the experience, and physiological changes.
I also know this can be a sacred and beautiful time too - of connecting with yourself, baby, family and all growing together. With the right support, guidance, and prep you can thrive!
As a registered and insured prenatal yoga teacher, birth doula, and mother I’m here to serve up tools of guidance, preparation, communication, information, support, comfort, advocacy, and more.
As a prenatal yoga teacher and birth doula I am here to support you and walk this path with you. We can work together to ease discomforts now, prepare for labor and delivery, fill your toolbox with coping and comfort techniques, and more to support you on this transformative and sacred journey.

Yoga for clients on the autism spectrum or other special needs. Virtual and in person options. Lauren R. Yoga is an approved self direction service provider who does direct billing.
